Come play Foosball!
When
Just about every Thursday starting at 7:30PM MST. People usually start showing up around 7:00PM to get some pre-games in or just to hang out.
What happens in the weekly event
There are 3 Tornado T-3000 tables for play. They're currently $1 loonie to play a game. There's a $5 entry fee that goes towards the pot that gets paid out at the end of the night.
We do 2 hours of qualifying, playing as many rounds as we can, and then go into a single-elimination bracket with the players that did have the best results of the night. Usually will be top 8 but if we get over 20 players, we will do top 16.
We play a Monster DYP on Thursdays. If you don't know what this is, come on out a bit earlier on one of the days we meet and we'll go over it with you in a bit more detail.
Monster DYP - Draw Your Partner - Every round during the qualifying rounds, you'll get a new partner from whomever else is playing that night. You'll generally get to play with and against all the players that are there for the night.
We use Kickertool to help run our events.
Current rankings
We currently just run our own rankings independant of any official rankings, it's just used to get a general idea of where players stand in the city. This is used to help seed anything that we run locally.
New to Foosball?
That's okay! We love introducing new players to Foosball and would love to see everyone have fun and have a good time. We're all still learning the game. If you ever have any questions, please do ask.
